Okhamadhi

Located just 25 kilometres from Dwarka, Okhamadhi Beach can be arrived at by the Somnath Dwarka Highway. This absolute white sandy beach is famous for iots Turtle Breeding Centre built. This hidden treasure in Saurashtra is a beach with clean sand, mostly made of the crushed seashells. Water is free from impurities and you can even see the clear blue sea during the daytime. The environment is always peaceful. Views are jaw-droopingly fascinating.
Since fewer people are visiting the landscape, you can almost own the place with fewer crowds. The beach and the seaside are worthwhile to attend.
Since the site is quite unexplored and not visited by a crowd, parking there has never been an issue. There is sufficient parking availability at a walking distance from the beach.
Take care:
- Do not take your vehicle in the loose sand otherwise returning might be difficult.
- Even though the tides look fine, the waters are deep, so it is not safe to take bath therein.
